Director

  • Creative conceptualisation and execution of projects
  • Maintain working relations with existing clients
  • Develop a vision for the finished project, and define a practical route to achieving it
  • Involved with the pre-production, production and post-production phases
  • Managing every member/department in the film crew
Key Skills & Requirements:
  • A recognized Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in filmmaking and mass communication

Producer

  • Produce media content
  • Maintain working relations with existing clients
  • Co-ordinate subsequent deals obtained from clients
  • Read, research and assess ideas and finished scripts
  • Hire key staff, including freelancers and other crews to shoot films or videos
  • Control the budget and allocating resources
  • Organise shooting schedules – dependent on the type of producer and availability of support staff
  • Supervise the progress of the project from pre-production to post-production
  • Hold regular meetings with the director to discuss characters and scenes
  • Bring the finished production in on budget
Key Skills & Requirements:
  • A recognised Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in filmmaking, mass communication or producing
  • At least 2 – 3 years of relevant experience in the media industry and video production

Assistant Producer

  •  Assisting the Lead Producer/Operations Manager in producing media content
  • Maintaining working relationships with existing clients
  • Co-ordinating subsequent deals obtained from clients
  • Supporting the business development team by attending sales pitches, and advice budgeting on projects
  • Reading, researching and assessing ideas and finished scripts
  • Hiring key staff, including freelancers and other crews to cover for particular roles
  • Controling the budget and allocating manpower resources
  • Assigning projects to teams/individual
  • Supervising the progress of projects, and setting timeline for pre-production to post-production
Key Skills & Requirements:
  • A recognised Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in filmmaking, mass communication or producing
  • 2 years of relevant experience in the media industry and video production is preferred but entry level candidates are also welcome to apply
  • Organized and possess good time management
  • Able to work in a fast-paced working environment
  • Good team player with strong interpersonal skills
  • Good visualization skills
  • Able to multitask and work independently

Social Media Executive

  • Plan, deliver and develop marketing strategies and campaigns to maximise brand exposure
  • Content creation – writing blog posts, articles, newsletters, communications materials, and material for social media channels (currently Facebook and Instagram)
  • Social media marketing – creating, managing and growing the company’s presence through Big 3’s website, Facebook, Instagram and other strategically relevant online properties
  • Analytics – Using Google Analytics and other measurement tools to provide reports on metrics, and continually find ways to improve on those metrics through testing and new initiatives
  • Agency interface – working with Managing Director and Business Development Manager to ensure optimal deliverables from all agencies that they work with
  • Represent the the company at media and other events in a positive and professional manner
  • Manage the marketing budget to meet financial and organisational objectives

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Marketing or Mass Communications or equivalent
    2-3 years of relevant working experience
  • Experience with using social media tools for business (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, etc)
  • Interest and passion in media industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-starter and ability to get up and running quickly

Business Development Assistant Manager

  • Generating leads and efficiently keeping in regular contact with existing prospects
  • Presenting to senior decision makers within agencies and media owners
  • Understanding and keeping up-to-date with constant developments in the media industry and agency market
  • Identifying areas for expansion and development
  • Developing a targeted long-term new business strategy
  • Create weekly/monthly forecasts on revenue/target management and end of month reports on revenue and market performance
  • Delivering against these targets to ensure revenue expectations are met
  • Working closely with the marketing department to develop bespoke campaigns to relevant prospects
  • Providing input for sales and marketing collateral – how the business positions itself for various audiences
  • Maximising networking opportunities and regularly using conferences, events and trade shows to increase awareness and develop a further network of contacts
Key Skills & Requirements:
  • Minimum 2-3 years experience within Business Development/New Business or Account Management role (face-to-face experience imperative; experience within the media, marketing and communications world preferred)
  • A recognised Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent time management, an individual who thrives on working autonomously
  • Experience working in a marketing / agency/ media environment and understanding of (and passion for) the industry
  • The ideal candidate will be determined, outgoing, positive, articulate and diplomatic

Internship Opportunities

We offer internship opportunities to students who are pursuing full time studies with accredited education institutions such as polytechnics and universities through career services offices. The duration for the Internship Programme with Big 3 is typically between 2 and 6 months, depending upon the needs of the business and internship requirement.

You will be presented with challenging assignments and opportunities that will stretch your capabilities and expand your learning horizon beyond the classroom.
