Account Executive (Sales)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source for new marketing and business opportunities
  • Tender for government projects on GeBiz
  • Manage accounts and meet or exceed targets relating to revenue growth, activities, profit margin, mix of products and services sales, customer retention and customer acquisition
  • Prepare proposals and presentations to pitch to potential customers
  • Develop quotes and proposals
  • Negotiate the terms of an agreement, price and specifications with clients

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • A recognised Bachelor’s Degree in Business / Sales / Marketing / Mass Communications or equivalent
  • At least 1-2 years of relevant sales experience
  • Candidates with experience and keen interest in the media industry would have an added advantage
  • Team player with excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, and independent

Director

  • Creative conceptualisation and execution of projects
  • Maintain working relations with existing clients
  • Develop a vision for the finished project, and define a practical route to achieving it
  • Involved with the pre-production, production and post-production phases
  • Managing every member/department in the film crew

  • A recognized Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in filmmaking and mass communication
  • At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in the media industry

Director of Photography

  • Managing all aspects of filming: from ordering and overseeing equipment to recces to reviewing footage
  • Manage and operate camera and lighting in the studio and on set
  • Instruct camera operators regarding camera setup, angles, distances, movement, and other variables and signals cues for starting and stopping filming
  • Deliver stunning, slick, professional footage
  • Creating the visual identity, or look, of the film
  • Working with the Director, camera crew and lighting department to achieve the visual identity, look, and feel of the film
Key Skills & Requirements:
  • At least 3 years experience in similar role and capacity as a DoP/Videographer
  • Extensive experience and knowledge with camera equipments and maintenance
  • Organized and possesses good time management skills
  • Highly detailed

Producer

  • Produce media content
  • Maintain working relations with existing clients
  • Co-ordinate subsequent deals obtained from clients
  • Read, research and assess ideas and finished scripts
  • Hire key staff, including freelancers and other crews to shoot films or videos
  • Control the budget and allocating resources
  • Organise shooting schedules – dependent on the type of producer and availability of support staff
  • Supervise the progress of the project from pre-production to post-production
  • Hold regular meetings with the director to discuss characters and scenes
  • Bring the finished production in on budget
Key Skills & Requirements:
  • A recognised Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in filmmaking, mass communication or producing
  • At least 2 – 3 years of relevant experience in the media industry and video production

Receptionist cum Administrative Assistant

  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls and attending to all walk-ins
  • Responsible for the up-keeping of conference rooms, front office, and pantry
  • Responsible for all incoming and outgoing postages, mails, and couriers
  • Manage inventory for office stationeries, pantry supplies, and responsible for in office maintenance and equipment (i.e. liaising with building management, photocopiers, water dispenser, etc)

We are currently looking for a Facilities Management Intern to assist our Facilities Management Executive (FME).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the FME in overseeing the daily office operational matters
  • Ensuring proper maintenance of the building facility and maintenance services
  • Assisting the FME in handling security, cleaning, waste disposal, landscape maintenance and pest control vendors
  • Rectify breakdowns and take preventive measures
  • Assisting the FME in supervising term contractors
  • Ensuring all feedback and complaints on the property are resolved in a timely manner

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • A student currently pursuing a Higher NITEC in Facilities Management/Building Management/Real Estate Management
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills
    Strong interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities:
Linkedin Account Management 
  • Developing content and content shares in Linkedin
  • Managing Company and Management’s Linkedin Accounts
  • Lead generation from Linkedin accounts
  • Assisting in preparing any other paperwork, data research
Public Relations Management
  • Build relationships with media outlets for PR purposes
  • Coordinate the development of PR content for media outlets
  • Development PR schedule and strategy for Company and Management
Key Skills and Requirements:
  • A student currently pursuing a recognized Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Business Studies / Administration / PR&Marketing / Communications would be preferred
  • High degree of thoroughness and accuracy when reviewing or creating materials
  • A keen interest in the media industry
  • Proficiency with office software (Word, Powerpoint, Excel) and ability to learn new systems quickly.
