Director

  • Creative conceptualisation and execution of projects
  • Maintain working relations with existing clients
  • Develop a vision for the finished project, and define a practical route to achieving it
  • Involved with the pre-production, production and post-production phases

Producer

  • Produce media content
  • Maintain working relations with existing clients
  • Co-ordinate subsequent deals obtained from clients
  • Read, research and assess ideas and finished scripts
  • Hire key staff, including freelancers and other crews to shoot films or videos
  • Control the budget and allocating resources
  • Organise shooting schedules – dependent on the type of producer and availability of support staff
  • Supervise the progress of the project from pre-production to post-production
  • Hold regular meetings with the director to discuss characters and scenes
  • Bring the finished production in on budget

Digital Marketing Executive

  • Content Strategy – Plan, Deliver & Execute marketing strategies and campaigns to maximise brand exposure
  • Social media marketing – creating, managing and growing the company’s presence through Big 3’s website, Facebook, Instagram and other strategically relevant online properties
  • Analytics – Using Google Analytics and other measurement tools to provide reports on metrics, and continually find ways to improve on those metrics through testing and new initiatives
  • Agency interface – working with Managing Director and Business Development Manager to ensure optimal deliverables from all agencies that they work with

  • Submitting independent works for awards

Key Skills & Requirements

Junior Graphic Designer

  • To assist the Graphic Design team in the conceptualising and designing of various types of branding/campaign/promotion/marketing/event collateral publications, newsletters, magazine ads, brochures, posters, etc.
  • To design and create thematic and creative graphic visuals that meet guidelines required by clients.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Diploma in Graphic Design or related discipline
  • Proficient in software such as Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Candidates with 1 – 2 years of design studio or agency experience/ proficient in the English language/ proficient in Adobe After Effects, Muse, or Animate would have an added advantage

Finance Assistant

Key Responsibilities
  • Daily accounting operations, finance matters, and administrative tasks
  • Handling accounts payable, accounts receivable including invoicing, collection of fees, and issuance of receipts
  • Maintaining cashbooks and petty cash, process petty cash claims, and other staff’s claims
  • Performing monthly bank reconciliations and inter-business units reconciliations
  • Month-end closing and preparation of timely and accurate financial reports
